“In the end, the questions will be simple: Did I love fully? Did I live well?”
-Jack Kornfield, Psychologist
and Buddhist Monk
When I stepped onto my personal growth path in 1988 little did I know that my life would change so radically. I was not raised in a family where my development as an individual was nurtured. My parents were very busy surviving and doing the best they could to parent me and my sisters having no effective or inspiring model from which to draw. I realize now that I am far from being alone in that experience.

My path as an adult has been one of discovering who I am at the core and bringing forth my Essence (my Authentic Self), my own genius, and my strengths. I have challenged my beliefs, changed my behavior, and learned to love myself more fully. It is has been a path of discovering what I really want and then designing my life around that. Am I finished? No. As a lifelong learner my plan is to continuing growing and expanding.

I tell you this because I want you to know that coaching is not just about achieving goals. It is also about evolution and bringing forth the magnificence of who you are at your core, which will, in turn, support you in manifesting your goals. It is my belief that in order to serve my clients in a powerful way, I must walk my talk. I must also be able to step into my clients’ shoes, or at the very least, closely identify and relate to their shoes.

Over the past eight years I have been privileged to coach people on a wide range of topics and that has been a fabulous experience. At this point in my career, I choose to focus on two topics that are near and dear to my heart; Building Relationships that Matter, and Going Beyond Loss to Embrace Life.

If after looking at my website, my approach appeals to you and you are serious about finding a coach that resonates with you, I extend an invitation for a complimentary coaching session. This will allow you to experience my style, and allow both of us to evaluate whether we would be a good match.

No matter what you decide, I wish you the very best on your journey of living and loving.

Warm regards,

My Background

For ten years, I worked in collaboration with two therapists. Together, we designed and facilitated intensive family-of-origin experiential workshops. The primary objective was to bring forth the authentic self (Essence) and create strong relationships with self and others. We offered a variety of programs appealing to singles, couples, and families.

I continue to work with and receive instruction from The Hendricks Institute. Kathlyn and Gay Hendricks are internationally respected relationship experts and leading theorists in the emerging field of body-mind integration. My work centers on Conscious Living and Loving, creating Spirit Centered Relationships, and Body-Mind Vibrance.
